Disturbing New Driving Phenomena

I've recently noticed a new driving phenomena. Now, I don't claim to be the best driver by any stretch of the imagination, but when I'm out on the road, people who are worse than myself seem to be drawn to me.

I've noticed an increasing number of people waiting until they start turning their wheels to bother using their turn signal. Now where the point in that? A turn signal is there to signal that you intend on turning. Once you start turning, it becomes quite obvious that you intend on turning, since you're in the process of doing it, and if you're not intending on turning and in the process of turning, you probably shouldn't be driving at all.

The idea behind turn signals is to tell the people driving behind you that there's a reason you're stopping in the middle of the road, blocking traffic, with no evidence of a stop sign, traffic light, or emergency vehicle. It also tell people who are trying to get onto the road that you're currently driving on that you plan on getting off, so that they can do so in a manner that does not interfere with yours.

In summary: before you start slowing down to turn, put on your turn signals. Before you start driving like an idiot, pull to the side of the road and let everybody else go first. And use your turn signals if you decide to pull to the side!

Sound simple enough?
